The city of Kanpur is located on the banks of the holy river Ganga about 480 Km east of Delhi. It is well connected by road, rail and air. The weather is very comfortable from November till February. The rest of the year it is quite hot along with a relatively high humidity during the Monsoon season from June till September. It is within 4-6 hours by train from some of the most attractive tourist sites in India which include Agra, Allahabad, Banaras and Khajuraho.
