Experiment-2: Transport properties of a type-I superconductor

Here we measure the temperature dependent resistance of a lead wire at various magnetic fields to measure its critical temperature as a function of the magnetic field. This demonstrates the basics of superconductivity and one can obtain some useful numbers such as, Tc and Hc. For more details on superconductivity please see Wikipedia.

This experiment is not yet operational as we are yet to get the full support from the funding agency to be able to go below 77K.
