Projects and Patents
Dr. Ray finished the project titled Design and Development of Myoelectric Artificial
Hand for the Below-Elbow Applications which was sponsored by the Department of Science
and Technology(DST),Government of India.The DST has taken its patent and has transfered
its technology to a public sector organisation.
Dr. Ray has finished another project titled Speech Synthesis in Indian Languages for the
Vocally Handicapped and Spastic children sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resource
Development,Government of India.The patent is taken by IIT Kanpur and Dr. Ray.
Dr. Ray has finished another project titled Display of Vocal Tract for the
Normal/Pathological cases from the analysis of Speech Signal sponsored by AICTE.
