How to Reach IIT Kanpur
From Kanpur Central Railway Station:
Taxis are easily available from the Cantt side of the Kanpur Central Railway Station (From Platform Number 1 side). There is a pre-paid auto and taxi booth. The rates are Rs. 500/- for a Ola/Uber taxi. Sometimes you may be able to negotiate a few rupees less with the driver in case of direct booking.
From Lucknow Airport
Lucknow Airport also has taxis available. Depending on the type of vehicle, these taxis will charge between Rs. Rs.1750/- to Rs 2000/-. Ola outstation can also be booked in advance on probably cheaper rates.
