Does it bother you that your grades could improve?

In this case the keyword "school" is there in the word-class "school" in the doctor program along with words like skool, grades, teachers, professor. When input is read and inspected, the keyword "school" appears and a sentence if created according to the rules associated with "school". So the program asked for information on the "school" without realizing that the person is saying he never went to school. This problem did not happen in case of "college" because college is not in the keyword list. The program realized this and gave response considering it an uncertain condition.
