*  In both the small test and big data case, the performance of second degree polynomial is best on the test data. So the quadratic polynomial turns out to be the best
   model for the given data.

*  Validation data set can be used to figure out which data momdel could give possibly less errors whit the test data, and so the one giving minimum errors with
   validation set is taken to be the best guess.
