I am also engaged in research in social cognitive perspective of emotion regulation and well-being; cognitive adaptation, stigma, gender and mental health in the context of illness; health outcomes and alternative treatment. In the area of organizational cognition I am interested in leadership cognition and cognitive aspects of authentic leadership.
