I completed by B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from University College of Engineering, Burla, Odisha in the year 2008. Thereafter, I joined Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India where I completed my M.Tech+Ph.D Dual degree programme in 2013. I worked as a Scientist Fellow, in CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore, India till June 2014. I joined Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India in June 2014. Currently, I am an Assistant Professor with Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.

These are ideal positions for graduating or recently graduated students looking for research experience in the area of control system and its application in unmanned vehicles, power systems and power electronics.

Following are the various research positions you may apply to:

  1. Junior / Senior Research Fellow (JRF / SRF) for M.Tech degree holders (in Electrical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Control systems, Robotics, Power Engineering, Power Electronics).
  2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for B.Tech degree holders (in Electrical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engieering) with valid GATE score (EE/EC/ME/AE) and keen interest in Control System Engineering.
  3. Project Engineer for M.Tech degree holders (in Electrical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Control systems, Robotics, Power Engineering, Power Electronics).
Candidate selected for any of the above position would recieve monthy stipend/salary and accomodation.
