I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at IIT Kanpur. I obtained my PhD from the Chawla Research Group at Arizona State University, where I worked on microstructural characterization and corrosion behavior of Al 7075 alloys using X-ray synchrotron tomography. Prior to this, I received Bachelors in Technology from Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India in 2008. In 2008, I joined Tata Steel, India as Manager and worked there for three years.
