"Our lives are designed to be analog, no matter how far we move in digital technology".

Introduction

I am currently pursuing my Master of Science (by Research) degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Microelectronics and VLSI from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur). I received my B.E degree in 2019 from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Indore, Madhya Pradesh. My research interests include Analog Circuit Design.

Playing badminton, cricket, cards, and swimming are some of my favourite pastimes.

Research Experience

Linearity Enhanced Harmonic-Rejection N-path Filter

Objective-

  • Pioneer a blocker-tolerant tunable N-path bandpass filter with enhanced linearity performance.
  • Introduce on-chip N-path bandpass filter to replace off-chip bulky SAW filter in the receiver chain

    Achievements-

  • Proposed novel 4-path architecture to provide harmonic rejection up to the 6th order as compared to only 2nd order in state-of-the-art filters.
  • Devised a novel digital clock to slash out the 3rd & 5th order harmonic with insensitive PVT variations.
  • Implemented the feed-forward op-amp to enhance B1dB (Blocker 1-dB compression point) of filter by improving UGB.
