I am a Prime Minister's Research Fellow (PMRF) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Kanpur. I am currently working in the field of granular mechanics. I apply continuum models of granular flow to study different natural phenomena like landslides and avalanches. I also study granular motion on small planetary bodies such as asteroids.
