The selected applicants are required to confirm their participation through e-mail by December 15, 2007.
Indian students will be reimbursed 2nd class sleeper fare by shortest route, if they need it. A small number of travel grants will also be available for other Indian participants in need of them. Those who need travel reimbursement should send in a request for the same.
There are no registration fees for the school, and local hospitality will be provided to all selected applicants.
