We are estimating the sugar content in hyperspectral images of fruits for which we are generating NIR hyperspectral images from VIS hyperspectral using attention based CycleGAN.

Boundary Refinement in Abdomen segmentation using MRIs and CT scans

To overcome the constraint of precise boundary segmentation, we introduce a novel loss function to capture the spatial distance between the ground truth and predicted surfaces, thereby enhancing the delineation of predicted segmentation.
