Refurbished the old television centre and organized the activities, 2002

Established the Media Technology Centre with State-of-the-Art infrastructure consisting of broadcast standard video recording equipment and devices and professional editing set-up and the necessary hardware, software and human resource for e-content creation, graphics and web design, 2005. Supported with Funds received from Ministry of Human Resource and Development and Ministry of Information Technology, GOI for NPTEL and MLA projects

Established the Community Radio Station, 90.4 F.M in 2008 with partial funding from Ministry of Broadcast

Shifted the Design Programme with all resources and infrastructure from SAMTEL Research Centre to the Helicopter Building, 2009

Created the Lab/Studio for Leather Handicrafts Products for Development of Kanpur Cluster, in Design Programme, 2015 with partial funding from Ministry of Textiles

Member of the technical committee for E-Class Rooms (L14, L15), 2005

Member of the technical committee for New Lecture Hall Extension (L18-L20), 2015

Member of the technical committee for IIT Kanpur Outreach Centre at Noida, 2015

Member of the technical committee for audio visual refurbishment of Auditoriums in Outreach Centre 2008 and Community Centre I 2002

Established the VC and PD Labs for the Design Innovation Centre, 2016
