• Delivered an invited lecture on 'Managing Relationships and Communicating Effectively in Groups and Teams' in a Training Programme on General Management and Communication Skills conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Civil Lines, Kanpur, Jan. 24-9, 2005.

• Delivered an invited lecture on 'Effects of Divorce on Children' in an awareness programme organized by the Police Department, Kanpur at Christ Church College Auditorium, Kanpur on 28.11.04.

• Delivered an invited lecture on 'A qualitative study of everyday meaning of mental health: Some insights regarding common-sense and social representations' in the 9^th UGC-ASC Refresher Course in Psychology on 'Human Behaviour: Research Issues and Insights' held at Department of Psychology, University of Allahabad from 6.9.03 to 24.9.03.

• I have been associated with Indian Railways and have delivered several lectures on various aspects of  'Motivation' in the Management Development Programmes (MDPs) for senior supervisors. These programmes were held at Civil Engineering Academy, Kanpur and Electric Training College, Juhi, Kanpur.

b.      Lecture delivered at 114^th MDP (from 08.02.99 to 12.02.99).

c.       Lecture delivered at 124^th MDP (from 09.8.99 to 13.8.99). 

d.      Lecture delivered at MDP held from 15.11.99 to 19.11.99.

e.       Lecture delivered at MDP held from 18.9.2000 to 22.9.2000.

• Delivered the keynote lecture and inaugurated the Placement Workshop of Aptech Computers on 'Effective Communication' at Merchants Chamber Hall,   Kanpur, on October 13, 2000.

• Conducted a session on 'Organizational Cognition' in a Refresher Course in Psychology organised by the Department of Applied Psychology, University of Mumbai and Academic Staff College, from November 15^th to December 10^th, 1999.The subject of the course was 'Changing Perspectives of Psychology and their Implications for the Next Millenium'.

• Lecture delivered on 'Motivating Students' to teachers of Campus School, IIT   Kanpur.

• Lecture delivered on 'Communication for Effective Management' to participants from local industry in a seminar organized at IIT Kanpur.

• Lecture delivered on 'Motivation at Work' in a two day workshop on 'Effective Leadership and Communication' organized by Staff Development Co-ordination, IIT Kanpur, from 27.8.98 to 29.8.98

• Delivered the Hakim Memorial lecture in St. John's College, Agra on 'Principles and  Methods of Community Intervention' in the PGDCP (Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology) Programme on 27.01.98

• Delivered a lecture on 'Schema-based Instruction' in a workshop on 'Towards a Better Education and Psychological Problems in Children', November 29^th, 1998, organized by The Rotary Club of Kanpur West and The Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Kanpur Distt. Branch.

• Lecture delivered on 'Motivation' in a two-day workshop on 'Effective Leadership and Communication' from 03.1.97 to 04.1.97, organized by Staff Development Co- ordination, IIT Kanpur.

• Delivered a lecture for MBA students at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi on 'Communicating for Managerial Effectiveness' on March 20^th, 1997
