RULES
General Rules: (Applicable to each event)
1. You must bring music/songs recorded on CD (Data CD & NOT an AUDIO CD) or a pen drive. No audio cassettes are allowed.
2. Some events may have preliminary round depending on participation. In all the preliminary rounds the teams are supposed to present only a part of their prepared performance in the given limited time.
3. Participation is open to all. However, present Dance Club members will not be eligible to participate in some events.
4. Participants’ music piece should be adjusted according to the time limit. No editing will be done by us. If the maximum limit is exceeded, piece will be played from the start up to the limit.
5. LIVE MUSIC is not allowed.
6. Props are to be arranged by participants themselves. No equipments or props that require electricity, or that we consider hazardous (fire, smoke or fog devices, knives, throwing of confetti or glitter, etc.) or Live Props of any kind are allowed.
7. The dance floor area must be in the same condition after your performances as before.
8. Negative points will be awarded on exceeding the time limit.
9. In all matters, related to judging, the decision of the judges will be final and binding.
10. Obscenity and vulgarity in any form in any event will lead to an instant disqualification. The discretion lies with the organizers.
