Development of Test-Rig for Oxygen Concentrators & Separator Setups
In collaboration with Pinaka Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and under academic guidance, a minimum viable product for oxygen concentrators was engineered. Third-party testing was executed at ICAT facilities to evaluate dependability, electromagnetic compatibility, particulates, and biocompatibility.
Biomedical Implant Nano-Finishing: Magnetic Abrasive Finishing (MAF)
Established Magnetic Abrasive Finishing as an alternative to traditional polishing for complex geometries. Predictive numerical models were formulated and validated on knee implants, shoulder prosthetics, and bone fixation plates to achieve ultra-fine surface finishes.
Aerospace & Defense Precision: Novel Micro Wire-ECM Process
Implemented Electrochemical Micromachining principles for bio-inspired micro-surface texturing on missile and aerospace structures. Texturing enhances tribological, thermodynamic, and wettability characteristics on complex metallic surfaces.
