PhD Students
- Yasir Ahmad Bhat: Yasir joined our group in 2023 as a joint PhD student with Prof. Y. S. Chauhan. He is working on developing compact modulators and other devices for photonic integrated circuits. In his free time, he likes to play cricket.
- Tushar Singh Gosain: Tushar joined our group in 2025 as a joint PhD student with Prof. Shilpi Gupta. He is working on developing a platform to couple photonic crystal based structures with atoms.

- Onkar Sanjay Mane: Onkar worked on improving the scalability of waveguide integrated Mach-Zehnder Interferometers towards realizing linear photonic processors.
- Tushar Singh: Tushar investigated tunable plasmonic-hybrid modulators using 2D materials for improving speed, size, and energy-efficiency.
