Boiler

Compact Non IBR HSD fired once through, forced circulation plug & play boiler (Capacity 300 kg/hr of saturated steam with pressure rating of 17.5 kg/cm2-g and steam quality above 90%) with pressure part assembly (consisting of closely wound helical vertical membrane coil) and double jacketed air casing with an aluminum radiator to enclose the pressure parts.

Air compressor

It is a oil free air compressor that can operate continuously for approximately 4-5 hours. Compressor is provided with a dry-type suction filter with filtration efficiency 97% down to 3 μm particle size. Filter are provided with a differential pressure transmitter. It has moisture separator with auto drain trap at each exchanger.

Heat exchanger

It is air cooled heat exchanger system used to transfer heat between two or more fluids and has a heat load capacity of 96000/54000 Kcal/hr. It has finned tube surface area of 223 m2.

Crane

It is a 2 tonne (Metric) capacity mono rail electric wire rope hoist with motorized trolley. The crane has dual hoisting speed, main speed 3.5 m/ min and creep speed 0.4 m/min with electromagnetic fail safe AC brake with manual override arrangement. It has a traversing speed of 6 m/ min. Hoist has limit switch for hoist up and down motion, trolley limit switch (both side) and has a gravity limit switch.

Steam Accumulator

It has a capacity of 2 m3 provided with safety valve and Pressure indicator. Accumulator design is as per ASME sec VIII (BPVC). The accumulator is provided with Inlet Nozzle, Outlet Nozzle, Air vent Nozzle, Drain Nozzle, Overflow nozzle, Manhole Nozzle and Safety valve Nozzle.

Compressed Air Accumulator

A reciprocating two-stage air compressor, an air receiver, an air drier, and an oil filter comprise the compressed air unit, which can constantly supply dry air at a rate of 400 kg/h and can store at 5.6 kg/cm2 pressure in the air accumulator.
