Amit Kumar received his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology, West Bengal in 2016 and M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded system specialization(EE Department) from I.I.T Patna in 2020. His Present research focuses on the Modeling and simulation of logic and memory devices. He likes to play cricket, listen to old songs and cook delicious food in his free time.

MD Salim Equbal (IITK-La Trobe University Ph.D. Fellowship)

MD Salim Equbal received his B.Tech and M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi in 2018 and 2020, respectively. His present research focuses on in-memory computing primitives utilising emerging non-volatile memories. Musaib Rafiq (Prime Minister Research Fellowship), jointly with Prof. Y. S. Chauhan

Musaib received his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Srinagar in 2020. He firmly believes in the mantra: 'Work Hard, Play Hard'. Needless to say, he is a sport's freak plying his trade in basketball wherein he had the honour to represent NIT Srinagar's basketball team at both state and the national level. MD Yasir Bashir

Yasir received his B.Tech and M.Tech in Electronics Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, in year 2017 and 2021, respectively. He qualified both NET and JRF in electronic science in year 2020 and got JRF fellowship for PhD. His current research focuses on design and fabrication of RRAMs. Apart from academics, he has keen interest in electronics from childhood. Arka Chakraborty

Arka received his B.Tech from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Agartala in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) in 2021. Himanshu Yadav (Jointly with Dr. Tanmoy Maiti, MSE)

Himanshu Yadav received his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from PSIT, Kanpur, in 2014 and his M.Tech in ECE with a specialization in Digital Systems from MMMUT, Gorakhpur, in 2018. His current research work focuses on fabrication and characterization of emerging non-volatile memories. He qualified for UGC NET-JRF 2021 in Electronic Science and got JRF fellowship for Ph.D. Apart from academics, he is a musician, cricket fanatic, and movie buff and always ready for something exciting and up for new learning experiences.

Sanjay Sharma (Jointly with Dr. Rik Dey)

Sanjay Sharma received his B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh in 2010 and his M.Tech in Microelectronics specialization (EC Department) from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi in 2014. His Present research focuses on the Modeling and Simulation of Parasitic Capacitance and Resistance in modern Field Effect Transistors (FETs). Apoorva Dixit (internship at Qualcomm)

Apoorva received her B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute (HBTI), Kanpur in 2018. She likes traveling, singing, playing guitar, reading novels, and writing (manuscripts). She has won several inter-college badminton tournaments. Saurabh Sahu

Saurabh received his B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology, Allahabad in 2019. His present research focuses on the analysis of exploratory devices for advanced technology nodes. Rahul Kumar Gupta

Rahul received B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from The Institute of Engineering & Technology - DAVV (IET-DAVV), Indore in 2021. His current research focusses on fabrication of flexible RRAMs for neuromorphic computing. His motto: Love Yourself (BTS fan). Kaustubh Deepak Chakkarwar (M.Tech'21; Joined Intel)

kaustubh received his B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETC) from Maharashtra Institute of Technology (M.I.T), Pune in 2016. He also worked in Inautix Technologies as an Application Developer after his bachelors. His current research focuses on neuromorphic computing platforms based on spintronics. Kaustubh is a carrom player and also plays chess apart from juggling with the spin devices.

Anmol completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (I.S.M) Dhanbad in 2018. He worked as an Assistant Manager in Vedanta Ltd. for one year. Anupam Kumar Jaiswal (M.Tech'22, Joined Texas Instruments)

Anupam completed his B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical University (H.B.T.U) Kanpur in 2019. His current research focuses on the anamalous behavior of ferroelectric materials. He likes to play chess and solves sudoku to sharpen his mind (so that he can utilize it fully for research). Sandeep Perikala (B.Tech'22, Joined Intel)

Sandeep is an undergraduate student in the Department of Electrical Engineering. He is currently working on design and analysis of Tunnel FET based biosensors. He follows all the major events of Cricket, Chess and Tennis. He played a lot of chess during the lockdown. He follows and studies super GMs games to improve his tactics. He also watches lots of movies and web-series in his free time and listens to music (mostly pop) when he is stressed.

Debaditya Bhattacharya (B.Tech'23, Internship at Cornell University)

Debaditya is an undergraduate student from the Department of Physics. His current research focuses on modelling artificial neurons. Although he is deeply inquisitive about everything, he is wildly intrigued about how computers function and how the brain operates. When not tinkering or surfing YouTube, he can be found engineering massive factories in Factorio and Minecraft or talking to friends and family.

Sean is a graduating senior at University of California, Santa Barbara majoring in Statistics and Data Science. His ultimate research goal is to reveal the biggest secrets of the human brain and transfer its architectures and models to new computer systems to pursue better quality of human life. His current research interests are in statistical/mathematical modeling of the human brain, neuro/brain imaging, and the human brain inspired computer architecture.
