• 2018-2022: Sr. VP, Business and Technical Head - Lighting, C&S Electric Ltd: CEO of lighting business- responsible for the overall growth of the business.
• 2015-2018: Head - R & D - Lighting, NTL Electronics: Head of R & D and was responsible for developing a solid product portfolio to grow the company's top line and regain its bottom line. I was also responsible for giving strategic direction to new business.
• 2014: Principal Research Engineer, IIT Kanpur: Set up a new centre on Flexible electronics at IIT Kanpur with funding of > 20 M $ from Govt of India.
• 2002-2013: General Manager - R & D, Moser Baer India Ltd: Worked and successfully delivered on multiple challenging projects, filed 20 patents. Managed company R & D groups and helped drive the company's top-line growth. Was a vital team member responsible for starting a solar and the LED lighting business.
• 2002: Process Specialist, Sterlite Optical Technologies Limited, (Mar '02 - Oct' 02): Developed new optical fibers. Helped the company to launch a couple of strategically important products.
