The Indian Society of Cell Biology is organising three Endowment lectures, Prof S P Ray-Chaudhuri 75th Birthday Endowment Lecture, Prof J Das Memorial Lecture and Prof. Rita Mulherkar Award Lecture, as a mark of respect to Professor S.P. Ray-Chaudhuri, Prof J. Das and Prof. Rita Mukherkar in recognition of their immense contributions to Cytogenetics and Cell Biology. The first two are delivered in alternate years, while the Dr Rita Mukherkar Award Lecture alternates with the year of ISCB Presidential Address. For more details, check the ISCB website.

<<Student Awards>>
The Indian Society of Cell Biology has established multiple awards to acknowledge and incentivize young cell biologists who present their research (through short platform talks or posters) at the annual AICB Conferences. Numerous awards have been established as endowment awards to honor distinguished cell biologists in acknowledgment of their contributions. A few of awards include:

This year, we will be offering 25 awards, each comprising a certificate and a cash prize of Rs 4,000. For details check the ISCB website.
A limited number of travel support (train) for students may also be considered by the Society.
<<Student Awards: Application & Selection>>
Student participants presenting their work (poster or oral) can apply for awards during the registration and abstract submission process by selecting the appropriate options. No separate application is required.
Only student members of ISCB are eligible to apply for these awards. If you are not yet a member, you may apply for ISCB student membership online before submitting your abstract under the award category. Link for ISCB membership form
