Hafeez is motivated to work in the field of Microelectronics and VLSI. Having done his B.Tech with a research based project, he believes that MVLSI has a lot to be explored offering immense opportunities both in research and industry and this is what inculcates his interest towards doing some useful work in the area. Hafeez is aiming at design, simulation and modeling of nanoscale semiconductor devices. For his doctoral thesis he will be working on reliabiliy of CMOS devices and circuits.

He is passionate about the microelectronics field and motivated by the world of semiconductor devices. He has interests in the design, modeling and simulation aspects. He is also eager to contribute to the field of ESD and the ESD mitigation plays in enhancing the performance of modern electronic devices. For his doctoral thesis he will be working on Design and Modeling of ESD Devices for On-chip Protection.

Maya is motivated to work in the Microelectronics and VLSI fields of advanced electronics. Her academic goal is to contribute her research capabilities in the device domain. Her dedication lies in exploring innovative research ideas and acquiring skills including compact modelling, TCAD simulation, and device characterization. In addition, she will be working on the compact modelling of GaN-based HEMT devices in her doctoral thesis.
